What to expect going into the BIG MOVE weekend

It is very important that our community understand that last minute changes in the schedule are still a possibility. We are grateful for your continued understanding. Please remember that these few hectic weeks will be worth it in the long run. Here’s where we’re at so far.

Saturday the 30^th:

- We are having a small group of volunteers from 10:00-1:00 packing common areas at Old Trillium. Abby Boudouris is coordinating.

Sunday the 1^st: Packing at Old Trillium – Sealing floors at New Trillium

9:00 – 4:00 at old building for packing. (shifts: 9:00-12:00, 12:30-3:30, 4:00-7:00)

- 12:00 – 4:00 at new building, for sealing the floors, cleaning windows, yard work.

- 4:00 -7:00 shift meet at old building, unless contacted and directed otherwise

Monday the 2^nd:

- 9:00 -7:00 at old building for moving – the trucks will be there at 9:00AM

We have shifts from 9:00-12:00, 12:30-3:30 and 4:00-7:00

- 1:00 – 7:00 at new building for set up of classrooms and common areas

Tuesday the 3^rd:

- 9:00-7:00 meet at the new building for start of set-up (we may send crews to old building). Please bring tools sets if you can help with odd classroom construction jobs and furniture assembly.

Wednesday the 4^th: No School

- Final inspections are expected to take place on Wednesday. We will not have school - free child care will be available at the old building from 8:30-3:15. After care will be operating as normal.

- We will notify people via the yahoo group, emails, and phone calls from class liaisons. Please be proactive in keeping your family updated.

PRESCHOOL – Preschool will be held at Old Trillium from Monday, October 2^nd – Wednesday, October 4^th

*We understand the frustration involved in this move – please know that everything is being done to keep changes to a minimum. Welcome all!

Hello Trillium students and families and welcome to another exciting year at Trillium.

We are well under way here, maneuvering around our silly split schedule, and looking forward to the grand opening of our new building.

This blog will be used primarily to post assignments and syllabi for my classes. An extensive list of class offerings can be found in the Upper School Course Catalog. The classes I am offering for Quarter 1 are listed below:

Mon/Wed (A Day): MS: Local History, HS: Latin American Revolutions, M/HS: Newspaper.
Tues/Thurs (B Day) HS: Civics, M/HS: Soccer, HS: World History
