Is your K-12 student returning to Trillium next school year 2012-13? Preschool readers, please check with your preschool teachers for information on re-enrollment.

In order to hold your child's slot for the 2012-13 school year, you must return the re-enrollment form to Trillium by April 2, 2012.

After re-enrollment forms are processed, all open enrollment slots will be assigned to new families during the admissions lottery. Be sure to include any siblings that you hope to enroll as well.

In addition to the form linked to here, paper re-enrollment forms will be available at the front desk, and handed out by advisors to your child.

Please return completed form to your child's advisor by no later than Monday, April 2, 2012.
